Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dan penyelesaian klaim dengan kepuasan nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor di PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata SO Rasuna. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah asuransi kendaraan bermotor PT. Asuransi Wahana Tata SO Rasuna dan diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial (uji t) variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) berhubungan dengan kepuasan nasabah (Y) hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan kepuasan nasabah (X2) berhubungan dengan kepuasan nasabah (Y) hal ini di buktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Pengujian secara simultan (uji F) kualitas pelayanan dan penyelesaian klaim dengan kepuasan nasabah dengan F hitung sebesar 691,846 > 3.089 dari F tabel, dan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) di peroleh 0.934 atau 93.4% artinya bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan penyelesaian klaim mempunyai hubungan sebesar 93.3% dengan kepuasan nasabah dan sebagian besar lainnya 6.6% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
