Abstract penelitian ini berjudul "Implementasi Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan di PT Asuransi Central Asia Cabang Latumenten". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pihak - pihak yang terkait dalam pelaksanaan Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pelaksanaan Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan dan mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan di PT Asuransi Central Asia Cabang Latumenten. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Asuransi Central Asia cabang Latumenten yang beralamat di Jl. Prof. Dr. Latumenten no.28 A-C. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Pertanyaan wawancara dibagi menjadi dua yaitu pertanyaan wawancara internal untuk pihak internal perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan di PT Asuransi Central Asia Cabang Latumenten dilakukan oleh semua karyawan. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan mencakup sistem internal dan eksternal. Proses Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan dimulai dari prospek bisnis, pembayaran premi, klaim dan pada saat polis diperpanjang. Penurunan jumlah polis perpanjangan disebabkan karena kurang efektifnya pelayanan perpanjangan polis yang menyebabkan berkurangnya polis perpanjangan dari segmen pelanggan langsung (direct) dan agen.
