Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Strategi Pemasaran dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Direct Business dalam Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor Pada PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sample 100 responden dengan mengisi kuesioner untuk nasabah Direct Bussines Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor pada PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida. Untuk menganalisis penelitian ini penulis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi berganda. Pengelolaan datanya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Strategi Pemasaran memiliki nilai thitung -0,183 ≤ ttabel 1,9847, maka H0 diterima yang berarti variabel independen (Strategi Pemasaran) secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Kepuasan Nasabah) sedangkan untuk variabel Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki nilai thitung 6,602 ≥ ttabel 1,9847, maka Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (Kualitas Pelayanan) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (Kepuasan Nasabah). Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Nasabah, Kualitas Pelayanan, Strategi Pemasaran.
