| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kecepatan konfirmasi akseptasi treaty terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan reasuransi PT. Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda dengan α = 0,05. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : pengujian signifikansi t secara parsial (uji statistik t) kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05 ), kecepatan konfirmasi akseptasi treaty (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Pengujian secara simultan (uji statistik F) variabel independen yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan kecepatan konfirmasi akseptasi treaty berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia, dengan memiliki nilai F-hitung sebesar 40,430 > nilai F-tabel sebesar 3,18 dan nilai signifikasi F sebesar 0,000 kurang dari nilai alfa sebesar 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,613, yang berarti kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh faktorfaktor model x yaitu kualitas pelayanan, kecepatan konfirmasi akseptasi treaty sebesar 61,3%, dan dapat dikatakan bahwa ada faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 38,7% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.
