Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dan tingkat pendapatan dengan minat beli asuransi pendidikan pada masyarakat di kota Tasikmalaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di perumahan wijaya regency di kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil dan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial (uji t) variabel persepsi (X1) berhubungan dengan minat beli asuransi pendidikan (Y) hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.009 < 0.05 dan tingkat pendapatan (X2) berhubungan dengan minat beli asuransi pendidikan (Y) hal ini di buktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Pengujian secara simultan (uji F) persepsi dan tingkat pendapatan dengan minat beli asuransi pendidikan dengan F hitung sebesar 8.582 > 3.191 F tabel, dan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0.001 < 0.05. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) di peroleh 0.267 atau 27.0% artinya bahwa variabel persepsi dan tingkat pendapatan mempunyai hubungan sebesar 27.0% dengan minat beli dan sebagian besar lainnya 73.0% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini
