Abstract Catur Widyo Utomo. Estimasi Perhitungan Cadangan Manfaat Asuransi Jiwa Kredit untuk Nasabah Pensiun Bank Bukopin sebagai Evaluasi Produk bagi PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Tbk. Dibimbing Oleh Mulawarman Awaloedin, S.Si., M.M dan I Made Indra P, A.MK., S.KM., M.PH.. PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Tbk melakukan kerjasama dengan Bank Bukopin melalui kanal distribusi Bancassurance untuk pemasaran produk Asuransi Jiwa Kredit Menurun Anuitas. Nasabah pensiunan berusia 56-70 tahun yang memiliki risiko tinggi sangat mendominasi portofolio produk ini hingga mencapai 77 persen dari total peserta. Berdasarkan historikal klaim yang telah terjadi, rasio klaim per 31 Desember 2019 mencapai 165 persen. Nasabah yang meninggal dunia mayoritas telah berusia pensiun. Dengan menggunakan basis data peserta pensiun, dilakukan perhitungan nilai cadangan manfaat semikontinu (Benefit Reserve on a Semicontinuous Basis) dengan metode prospektif untuk n-year Term Insurance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai cadangan prospektif untuk AJK Bank Bukopin menurun secara anuitas hingga menuju ke 0 pada akhir masa asuransi. Begitu pula dengan proyeksi cadangan selama 5 tahun dari 2020 sampai dengan 2024 akan menurun, dikarenakan nilai tunai manfaat menurun secara anuitas dan beberapa peserta telah expired. Berdasarkan estimasi profit testing pada akhir tahun 2020, diperoleh hasil bahwa Asuransi Jiwasraya akan mengalami loss sebesar 25,531 milyar. Apabila menggunakan skema reasuransi, maka loss akan terreduksi menjadi 14,261 milyar.
