| Abstract | The background of this study was to determine the process of receiving outpatient claims for group insurance providers at PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya. The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge about what is required when submitting outpatient provider bills in group insurance. In this study the authors also found obstacles and findings during work practice. This research found that the claim process can be easier if all the required documents are complete. |
