| Abstract | Understanding of consumer behaviour is absolutely necessarry especially at insurance world that is so rapidly and quickly create higher intensity of competition, ad it became important for makerketer. This study aimed to : 1) to determine services effect on customer satisfaction in PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Pancoran branch. Population in this research are customer in 2017 insurance business of PT. Asuransi Takaful Umum Pancoran branch.The sample were subjected to experiments as many as 95 respondents. As for the processing of the data were analyzed to test validiy and reability using Alpha Cronbach formula with the help of computer program SPSS 23 for windows. Analysis techique used multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis it was found that services has effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords : Services, Satisfied, Insurance |
