| Abstract | The background of this research is to find out the process of certification of individual agents at PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya. The process is carried out through the sales support department. In addition will be describe how important the license for the agent to be registered. The purpose of this research is to provide knowledge about the flow starting from filing in the data on the agency application, making payments then scheduling the exam to becoming an agent at PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya. |
