Abstract Kasus Pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia telah mempengaruhi pola hidup di masyarakat di Indonesia. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh virus corona sindrom pernapasan akut berat 2 (SARSCoV-2). Kasus positif COVID-19. Kasus positif COVID-19 di Indonesia pertama kali dideteksi pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020, ketika dua orang terkonfirmasi tertular dari seorang warga negara Jepang. Pada tanggal 9 April, pandemi sudah menyebar ke 34 provinsi dengan DKI Jakarta, Jawa Timur dan Jawa Barat sebagai provinsi paling terpapar virus corona di Indonesia. Ditengah kondisi masyarakat yang tingkat pendapatannya masih rendah, kesadaran berasuransi masih belum merupakan sebuah kebutuhan walaupun dalam kondisi pandemi covid 19. Mereka manganggap masih banyak kebutuhan lain yang lebih mendesak ketimbang menyisihkan sebagian penghasilan untuk keperluan proteksi diri dan harta bendanya
