Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pembayaran pensiun dan status PNS terhadap kepuasan PNS dengan sistem pembayaran uang pensiun. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap PNS aktif di kemendikbud, kemenkumham, bea cukai, guru di SMAN 47, SMAN 86, SMPN 177 dan pensiunan PNS nasabah Bank BRI KCP Taspen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan kluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk kepuasan berupa instrumen status PNS berupa kuesioner. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah anova 2 X 2 dengan α = 0,05 dan 0,01. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kepuasan PNS aktif dan Pensiunan PNS dalam hal sistem pembayaran pensiun, hal ini terbukti dari data yang diperoleh melalui uji analisis anova 2 x 2, dengan Fhitung (18.006) > dari Ftabel (6.85); 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antar faktor A (sistem pembayaran pensiun) dan faktor B (status PNS) terhadap kepuasan. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai anova 2 x 2 menunjukkan Fhitung (0,900) < Ftabel (6.85); 3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sistem pembayaran pensiun secara bulanan pada PNS aktif (A1B1) dengan sistem pembayaran pensiun secara sekaligus pada PNS aktif (A2B1). Hal ini terbukti dari data yang diperoleh melalui uji lanjut menggunakan uji Scheffe, nilai Sig. 0,018 < 0,05; 4) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sistem pembayaran pensiun secara bulanan pada pensiunan PNS (A1B2) dengan sistem pembayaran pensiun secara sekaligus pada pensiunan PNS (A2B2). Hal ini terbukti dari data yang diperoleh melalui uji lanjut menggunakan uji Scheffe, nilai Sig. 0,115 > 0,05. Kata Kunci: Sistem pembayaran pensiun, Status PNS, dan Kepuasan.
