Abstract | Claims Management is the important part in the insurance business. Guarantee the accuracy of the claim is not only appropriate but also appropriate in the settlement of claims. Most of the claims cashless Reliance Insurance from January to December 2015 lasted more than a deadline agreed upon by the provider. This research is a qualitative study, using by the data collection techniques includes in-depth interviews, and document report analysis of claim departement. This results showed that the person of resources they have not been able to complete the analysis process claims in timely manner, low employee motivation, lack of management support for development of resources, lack of an information system to support effectively of the analysis process claims.
