| Abstract | The research is described the analysis in PT Bosowa Asuransi for increase the premium income property insurance. The researchers conducted a study in PT Bosowa Insurance, Global Tower 2rd Floor, Jl. Jendral Gatot Subroto Kav. 27 Jakarta. In this case the division Tehnical and Reinsurance, finance and Acceptances as a reference in the analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative methods of data collection and observation. From the research, it can be concluded that property insurance is a major contribution on income property insurance. That is mean PT Bosowa Asuransi must give more attention for property insurance.
