Abstract This thesis is about quality product and quality service performance of motor vehicle sharia insurance of takaful company Asuransi ABC Syariah , PT and that influence for their client. This thesis researches to find out if any significant influence between and client satisfaction. Thus, to measure how big that influence. The product quality uses 7 dimensions of quality product to determine client satisfiacation level. There are 1) Performance, 2) Serviceability, 3) Durability, 4) Reliability, 5) Features, 6) Conformance with Spesifications, and 7) Fit and Finish. The service quality uses 5 dimensions of quality service to determine client satisfaction level. There are 1) Reliability, 2) Responsiveness, 3) Assurance, 4) Empathy, and 5) Tangible. Population in research are clients “direct business” in Asuransi ABC Syariah, PT. The sampel in this research as many as 50 respondents. The processing of the data were analyze to test validity and reliability using Alpha Cronbach formula with the help of computer program SPSS for windows. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis it was found that variable quality product and quality service performance of motor vehicle sharia insurance simultaneously have a significant influence toward the clients satisfaction.
