Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli asuransi kecelakaan diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pemasaran Digital (X1) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Minat Beli (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (9,570 > 1,98761) Selanjuthya Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Minat Beli (Y) yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel (8,374 > 1,98761). Sedangkan Pemasaran Digital dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Minat Beli. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (514,911 > 3,10). Dari hasil pengolahan dan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,922. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Minat Beli (Y) dapat dipengaruhi oleh Pemasaran Digital dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X) sebesar 0,922 atau 92,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 0,078 atau 7,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Kata kunci : pemasaran digital, kualitas pelayanan dan minat beli. |
