Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Rasio Beban Klaim dan ROA terhadap Rasio Pencapaian Solvabilitas . Karena adanya pembatasan waktu penelitian, maka penelitian ini penulis batasi hanya pada Pengaruh Beban Klaim dan ROA, hal ini dilakukan agar penulis dapat fokus dengan penelitian yang penulis teliti. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah perusahaan asuransi kerugian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis tidak mampu menggunakan seluruh populasi untuk data penelitian yang digunakan, oleh karena itu peneliti menarik sampel dari populasi menggunakan metode purposive sampling, artinya penulis menentukan sampel berdasarkan kriteria dan pertimbangan tertentu. Meskipun menarik data sebagian dari populasi yang ada, tapi diharapkan sampel tersebut merupakan sampel yang baik untuk mewakili populasinya. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan uji simultan, rasio beban klaim dan ROA berpengaruh secara signifikan atau nyata terhadap rasio pencapaian solvabilitas dan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 30%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 70% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar dari variable yang diteliti. Kata Kunci : Rasio Beban klaim, ROA, Rasio Pencapaian Solvabilitas
