Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan underwriting dan beban underwriting terhadap hasil underwriting. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan reasuransi PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda dengan α = 0,05. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : pengujian signifikansi t secara parsial (uji statistik t) pendapatan underwriting (X1) berpengaruh terhadap hasil underwriting (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.0019 ( < 0.05), beban underwriting (X2) berpengaruh terhadap hasil underwriting (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.0003(<0.05), hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.0001 (< 0.05). Pengujian secara simultan (uji statistik F) variabel independen yaitu pendapatan underwriting dan beban underwriting terhadap hasil underwriting. Pada PT Reasuransi Nasional Indonesia, dengan memiliki nilai F signifikasi F sebesar 0,0 kurang dari nilai alfa sebesar 0,0001 (0,0001 < 0,05). Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.935, yang berarti laba setelah pajakdapat dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor model x yaitu pendapatan underwriting dan beban underwriting sebesar 93,5%, dan dapat dikatakan bahwa ada faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil underwriting 6,5% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti seperti hasil investas dan beban operasional. Kata Kunci: pendapatan underwriting dan beban underwriting terhadap hasil underwriting.
