Abstract Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara Pendapatan Premi Neto dan Hasil Investasi terhadap Laba Bersih PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang tercatat di website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2008-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara parsial variabel X1 tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel Y dengan kontribusi X1 sebesar: 88,6%, maka H0 diterima (2) secara parsial variabel X2 memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel Y dengan kontribusi X2 sebesar 93,6%, maka H1 diterima (3) secara simultan hubungan variabel X1 dan X2 memiliki hubungan dengan variabel Y dengan kontribusi 96,1%, maka H1 diterima. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi informasi tambahan tentang hubungan dan kontribusi dari Pendapatan Premi Neto dan Hasil Investasi terhadap Laba Bersih PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. Kata Kunci: pendapatan premi neto, hasil investasi, laba bersih
