| Abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil underwriting asuransi harta benda di PT Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia periode 2012 – 2016. Terdapat dua variabel yaitu, variabel bebas terdiri dari pendapatan premi fakultatif reasuransi dan premi retrosesi, dan variabel terikat merupakan hasil underwriting asuransi harta benda. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif, yaitu data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan periode 2012-2016 yang diperoleh dari PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pertumbuhan variabel bebas yaitu pendapatan premi fakultatif reasuransi dan premi retrosesi di PT. Tugu Reasuransi Indonesia mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Sedangkan pertumbuhan variabel terikat yaitu hasil underwriting asuransi harta benda mengalami fluktuatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis dengan model regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan premi fakultatif dan premi retrosesi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap hasil underwriting. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa premi retrosesi berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap hasil underwriting. 5 Kata kunci: Hasil Underwriting Asuransi Harta Benda, Pendapatan Premi Fakultatif Reasuransi Dan Premi Retrosesi. |
