Abstract Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara Rasio Underwriting, Rasio komisi dengan Risk Based Capital pada perusahaan asuransi umum yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2008-2016. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan asuransi pada tahun 2008-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling untuk menentukan sampel dan program SPSS versi 23 untuk analisis data, tekhnik analisis data menggunakan regresi dan korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara parsial variable X1 memiliki hubungan positif dengan Y dengan kontribusi sebesar: 6,6% (2) secara parsial X2 memiliki hubungan yang negatif dengan Y dengan kontribusi sebesar 4,3%. (3) secara simultan hubungan variable X1 dan X2, memiliki hubungan positif dengan Y dengan kontribusi 36,5%. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi informasi tambahan tentang hubungan dan kontribusi dari Rasio Underwriting, Rasio komisi dengan Risk Based Capital pada perusahaan asuransi umum yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Rasio Underwriting, Rasio komisi dan Risk Based Capital
