Abstract Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aset, liabilitas dan hasil underwriting terhadap tingkat solvabilitas perusahaan asuransi umum dari tahun 2013- 2017. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan yang telah dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan asuransi yang tercatat di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tahun 2013 -2017.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria memiliki aset lebih dari 1.000.000.000.000, laporan keuangan yang lengkap dari tahun 2013 – 2017 dan variabel yang akan diteliti lengkap di dalam laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) secara parsial variabel X1berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y; (2) secara parsial variabel X2 tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y; (3) secara parsial variabel X3 berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y; (4) secara simultan variabel X1, X2, dan X3 berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y. Walaupun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa liabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat solvabilitas secara parsial namun aset dan liabilitas merupakan hal yang sangat penting selain faktor-faktor lain juga dapat mempengaruhi naik turunnya tingkat solvabilitas perusahaan. Kata Kunci: aset, liabilitas, hasil underwriting dan tingkat solvabilitas.
