Abstract Pengaruh Tinggkat Pengetahuan dan Pengalaman Klaim Terhadap Pemilihan Polis Kendaraan (Studi Kasus Grab Car Jakarta Selatan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui bagaimana pengaruh Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Pengalaman Klaim Terhadap Pemilihan Polis Kendaraan, Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pengemudi taksi online yang berada di kawasan mall kota casablanka. Metode penelitain yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif yang memberikan uraian mengenai fenomena atau gejala social yang diteliti dengan mendeskripsikan tentang nilai variable, baik satu variable atau lebih berdasarkan indicator dari yang diteliti guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variable bebas dan vaiabel terikat. Dari hasil penelitian dengan metode Koefisien Determinasi yang hasilnya 30,3% juga dapat diketahui bahwa banyak factor-faktor lain ailuar penelitian ini yang dapat mempengaruhi pemilihan polis. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengetahuan, Pengalaman Klaim, Pemilihan Polis, Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor, Taksi Online
