Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan pengaruh jenis dan benefit produk terhadap loyalitas nasabah perorangan (direct customers). Penelitian dilakukan terhadap nasabah perorangan (direct customers) produk asuransi kendaraan bermotor di PT Asuransi Central Asia Unit Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan kluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk loyalitas nasabah pada jenis dan benefit produk adalah dalam bentuk kuesioner. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah anova 2 X 2 dengan α = 0,05 dan 0,01. Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Loyalitas Nasabah Produk Otomate dan Loyalitas Nasabah Produk Standar AKB dalam hal Benefit Produk yang diperoleh, hal ini terbukti dari data yang diperoleh melalui uji analisis anova 2 x 2, dengan nilai Fhitung (6,385) < dari Ftabel (6.85) ; 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang signifikan antara Jenis Produk dan Benefit Produk terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai anova 2 x 2 menunjukkan nilai Fhitung (10,691) dari > Ftabel (6.85); 3) Tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara Benefit Fungsional pada Produk Otomate (A1B1) dan Produk AKB Standar (A2B1). Hal ini terbukti dari data yang diperoleh melalui uji lanjut menggunakan uji Schiffe, nilai Sig. 0,947 > 0,05; 4) adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara Benefit Simbolis pada Produk Otomate (A1B2) dan Produk AKB Standar (A2B2). Hal ini terbukti dari data yang diperoleh melalui uji lanjut menggunakan uji Schiffe, nilai Sig. 0,005 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Benefit Produk, Jenis Produk, dan Loyalitas.
