Abstract Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan motivasi dan kompensasi dengan prestasi kerja karyawan PT Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Adapun variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan kompensasi. Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yaflg ada di PT Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi yang berjumlah 300 karyawan. Untuk menentukan besamya ukuran sampel yang akan diteliti dari selumh karyawan digunakan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 171 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24.00. Sebelum melakukan analisis regresi berganda dan hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, statistik deshiptif dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi dan kompensasi berhubungan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan PT Asuransi Cakrawala. Sedangkan secara parsial motivasi dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan prestasi kerja karyawan PT Asuransi Cakrawala. Kata kunci : motivasi, kompensasi, prestasi kerja karyawan
