Abstract Penelitian ini berjudul Hubungan Pemahaman dan Persepsi Risiko Terhadap Minat Beli Polis Asuransi Kebakaran Pada Masyrakat Di Kelurahan Kedung Halang, Bogor, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemahaman dan persepsi risiko dengan minat beli polis asuransi kebakaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perumahan Villa Bogor Indah 3 RT 06 RW 15 kel. Kedung Halang, kec. Bogor Utara, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel independen yaitu pemahaman dan persepsi risiko sedangkan untuk variabel dependen nya yaitu minat beli polis asuransi kebakaran. Nilai probabilitas yang digunakan adalah 0.05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa uji t secara parsial (uji statistik t) untuk variabel Pemahaman (X1) berhubungan terhadap Minat Beli Polis Asuransi Kebakaran (Y) hal ini di buktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 danPersepsi Risiko (X2) berhubungan dengan Minat Beli Polis Asuransi Kebakaran (Y) hal ini di buktikan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Pengujian secara simultan (Uji Statistik F) variabel independen yaitu pemahaman dan persepsi risiko dengan variabel dependen yaitu Minat Beli Polis Asuransi Kebakaran Di Kelurahan Kedung Halang, Bogor, dengan memiliki F-hitung sebesar 56,536 > 3.15 dari F-tabel, dan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dari nilai alfa. Artinya variabel independen Pemahaman dan Persepsi Risiko memiliki hubungan dengan variabel dependen yaitu Minat Beli. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi (R square) di peroleh 0.650 atau 65.0% yang artinya bahwa variabel Pemahaman dan Persepsi mempunyai hubungan sebesar 65.0% dengan Minat Beli dan sebagian besar lainnya 35.0% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
