Abstract | Indonesia Pada perusahaan yang diteliti telah mengalami penurunan jumlah penerimaan klaim, namun pencapaian target kerja klaim yang diukur Clasing Ratio tetap tidak tecapui mulai dari tahun 2012-2016. Karcna dari jumlah klaim yang selesai dan jumlah klaim yang di tagihkan oleh bengkel dan suplier rekanan tidak sesuai dengan SOP dari Perjanjian Kerja Suma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas bengkel dan kinerja karyawan bengkel terhadap pencapaian target penyélesaian klaim keudaraan bermotor di divisi/departement klaim PT Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan cara deskriptif. Studi deskriptif digunakan untuk memperkirakan parameter tertentu dalam suatu populasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui quistionaire yang discbar kepada tertanggung yang telah menyelesaikan klaim perbaikan kendaraan di bengkel rekanan Chubb wilayah Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) memperoleh nilai R-Square sebesar 0,469 atau sebesar 46,9%. Artinya bahwa Kualitas Bengkel dan Kinerja Karyawan Bengkel secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap Pencapaian Target Penyelesaian Klaim sebcsar 46,9%, scdangkan sisanya 53,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian.
