| Abstract | Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan merupakan badan hukum yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dengan tujuan memproteksi seluruh masyarakat. Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama yaitu puskesmas menjadi gerbang awal dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima oleh pasien peserta BPJS yang dapat membantu serta memenuhi harapan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas XYZ. Hasil dan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa uji t secara parsial (uji statistik t) untuk variabel Persepsi (X1) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negative terhadap varibel Kepuasan Pasien (Y) ini membuktikan signifikansi bahwa t-hitung < t-tabel yaitu (0,407 < 1,66629) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh sacara signifikan dan positif terhadap varibel Kepuasan Pasien (Y) ini membuktikan signifikansi t-hitung > t-tabel (10,930 > 1,66629). Pengujian secara simultan (uji statistik F) variabel bebas yaitu Persepsi dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat Kepuasan Pasien pada peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas XYZ dengan F hitung > F tabel maka hasil yang didapatkan yaitu 88,297 > 3,12 dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 Dari nilai alpha. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara uji koefisien determinasi R2 square sebesar 0,710 atau 71% yang artinya bahwa variabel bebas yaitu Persepsi dan Kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 71% dengan variabel terikat Kepuasan Pasien dan sebagian besar lainnya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
