Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan dan minat masyarakat membeli asuransi kendaraan bermotor di Perumahan Villa Gading Harapan Kec.Babelan, Kel. Kebalen, Bekasi utara. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif hasil dari kesimpulan ini menunjukan bahwa : Pengetahuan (X1) berpengaruh sacara signifikan dan positif terhadap varibel minat beli asuransi kendaraan bermotor (Y) ini membuktikan signifikansi thitung > ttabel (4,122 > 2,01174), dan persepsi (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negative terhadap variabel minat beli asuransi kendaraan bermotor (Y) ini membuktikan signifikansi thitung < ttabel (1,714 < 2,01174). Pengujian secara simultan (uji statistik F) variabel bebas yaitu pengetahuan dan persepsi terhadap variabel terikat minat beli asuransi kendaraan bermotor, dengan memiliki Fhitung 30,897 > 3,20 dari Ftabel, dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 Dari nilai alpha. Artinya bahwa kedua variabel independent (pengetahuan dan persepsi) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependent (minat beli). Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada uji F menerima H1 dan menolak H0. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada koefisien yang ditentukan (R2) sebesar 0,568 atau 56,8% yang berarti variabel pengetahuan dan persepsi memiliki leverage sebesar 56,8% Dengan minat beli dan sebagian besar 43,2% Dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
