Abstract | Masyarakat di Indonesia banyak memerlukan pinjaman kredit melalui perbankan maupun non perbankan untuk upaya memulai usaha ataupun menjalankan usahanya. Dengan ini masyarakat membutuhkan asuransi kredit untuk melindungi dirinya apabila terjadi klaim. Dengan adanya produk asuransi kredit di PT Jasaraharja Putera diharapkan menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat apabila terjadi risiko kredit. Dengan membeli produk asuransi kredit di PT Jasaraharja Putera diharapkan tertanggung dapat merasa aman dan puas setelah berasuransi di PT Jasaraharja Putera. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Pelaksanaan Asuransi Kredit di PT Jasaraharja Putera Ditinjau dari Uji Kepuasan Pengguna Asuransi Kredit. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel laten yaitu kualitas pelayanan, citra perusahaan, harga premi asuransi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun variabel observasi yaitu pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam kuesioner yang dibuat untuk disebarkan kepada tertanggung pengguna jasa asuransi kredit di PT Jasaraharja Putera. Probabilitas yang digunakan adalah 10% (0,1). Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 42 orang. Pada tahap analisis ini dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas untuk kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden, dan diuji melalukan model SEM. Hasil dan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan uji menggunakan model SEM di atas terdapat hubungan yang erat antara nilai variabel laten kualitas pelayanan (X1) menunjukan angka tertinggi pertama yaitu 1,17 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang erat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), nilai variabel laten harga premi asuransi (X3) menunjukan angka tertinggi kedua yaitu 0,81 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang erat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) dan nilai variabel laten citra perusahaan (X2) menunjukan angka tertinggi ketiga yaitu 0,76 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang erat terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y).
