Abstract Kemampuan dasar yang perlu dimiliki oleh masyarakat pada era industri 4.0 adalah kemampuan dalam menggunakan komputer. Salah satu perangkat lunak komputer yang digunakan dalam berbagai bidang adalah Microsoft Excel. Masyarakat harus bisa beralih dari sistem pencatatan konvensional (secara manual) menjadi pencatatan secara digital. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu masyarakat dalam penggunaan fitur Microsoft Excel diberikan pelatihan melalui kegiatan PkM. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara luring di STMA Trisakti pada hari Minggu tanggal 19 November 2024. Waktu kegiatan adalah pukul 09.00-12.30 WIB. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan adalah masyarakat RW 07 Kelurahan Kayu Putih yang totalnya berjumlah 14 orang. Sebanyak 85% dari masyarakat tersebut adalah siswa-siswi SMA sederajat, sedangkan 15% sisanya adalah mahasiswa/i. Sebelum mengikuti pelatihan, sebagian besar belum mengetahui penggunaan Microsoft Excel.
