Abstract Kuliah Kerja Magang merupakan salah satu syarat pemenuh SKS semester tujuh program study S1 Aktuaria di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti. Kegiatan Magang sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa karena mahasiswa memperoleh keterampilan, pengalaman kerja dan pengetahuan yang belum pernah didapatkan sebelumnya. Selain itu Kuliah Kerja Magang merupakan kegiatan dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang di dapat selama proses perkuliahan dan mahasiswa juga mampu mengenal lebih jauh kondisi serta gambaran dari lingkungan kerja di sebuah perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil laporan Magang di PT Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan diantaranya yaitu : 1. Magang di PT Asuransi Cakrawala Proteksi memberikan pengalaman dan gambaran nyata terkait dunia kerja sesungguhnya. 2. Penulis mendapatkan ilmu baru tentang reasuransi dan perhitungan facultative yang digunakan untuk menghitung premi reasuransi 3. Menambah skill dalam berkomunikasi, rasa percaya diri dan rasa bertanggung jawab penulis. 4. Dalam pelaksanaan magang penulis mengalami beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya pengetahuan tentang Reasuransi dan kurang dapat beradaptasi karena merasa tidak percaya diri. 5. Kendala yang dialami penulis dapat teratasi dengan cara bertanya, berdiskusi dan berbincang kepada staf bagian reasuransi.
