Abstract Dalam 5 tahun terakhir pendapatan usaha pialang asuransi seluruh Indonesia memperlihatkan tren peningkatan pendapatan usaha dalam 4 tahun yaitu periode 2012 sampai dengan 2015, namun di tahun 2016 terjadi penurunan yang disebabkan salah satunya karena ketidakpuasan dari pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pialang asuransi. Berdasarkan hasil pre-research peneliti terkait dengan kinerja (Performance) PT. Sedana Pasifik Servistama pada bulan Desember 2017 terhadap 81 orang responden menunjukkan 38 responden mengalami masalah dengan pelayanan penutupan asuransi dan 35 responden mengalami masalah dengan pelayanan klaim khususnya lamanya proses penyelesaian klaim. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang lebih komprehensif menyimpulkan beberapa hal. Koefisien regresi pada pelayanan penutupan asuransi sebesar 2.713. Apabila program pelayanan penutupan asuransi ditingkatkan satu point oleh perusahaan, maka kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Sedana Pasifik Servistama akan meningkat sebesar 2.713. Artinya, kepuasan akan meningkat apabila kualitas produk dapat ditingkatkan dan dioptimalkan sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Pelayanan klaim terbukti tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Sedana Pasifik Servistama. Koefisien regresi pada pelayanan klaim sebesar -0,885. Apabila program pelayanan klaim ditingkatkan satu point oleh perusahaan, maka kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Sedana Pasifik Servistama akan menurun sebesar 0,885. Hasil uji F menunjukkan semua variabel independent secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT Sedana Pasifik Servistama. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Penutupan Asuransi, Pelayanan Klaim, Kepuasan Pelanggan.
