| Abstract | Insurance that provides protection and guarantees the insured as the recipient of the credit / debtor if he dies due to an accident dies due to illness (natural) Permanent disability due to an accident, so it cannot continue its obligations to the bank or lender (creditors), then against these risks the company Insurance as an underwriter is obliged to repay the loan or the obligation of the insured.This Final Project discusses the claim process through insurance and to find out the factors that influence the decision process for credit life insurance claims. This work practice is carried out using relevant company and secondary data from various sources. These results conclude that the claim process at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) is in accordance with the SOP, but requires personnel to help handle the work of the claims such as investigations |
