| Abstract | PT TrinityRE Reasuransi Broker is one of the reinsurance brokers in Indonesia established to assist Insurance companies in seeking reinsurance support, enabling insurance companies to expand their underwriting capabilities and in managing their financial health & their ability to recover claims. PT TrinityRe Reasuransi Broker provides the best services to Insurance Companies and reinsurance companies, receives claim documents from Insurance Companies, claims of processed documents and claims documents forwarded to Reinsurance as claim information. This process is made in a loss-for-loss manner, which takes a long time until payment has been received by the Insurance Company. The purpose of the author to make this paper is to find out the documents required in the handling of claims facultative PT XYZ through reinsurance brokers, and can identify factors that inhibit the process of handling claims and can provide recommendations and suggestions on the process undertaken. As long as the author do some work practices there are some things that can be valuable lessons and can be poured into this Practice Report, the Ceding Company does not send Notification Loss Advice (NLA) or Noitifation of Loss (NOL), document input is still done manually, Reasuradur long enough to do a Definite Loss Advice analysis, and lack of staff claims.
