| Abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja laporan keuangan pada Dana Pensiun yang mengacu kepada evaluasi kinerja Dana Pensiun ADPI,di Perusahaan Asurasni AIA pada periode 2010-2014. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis return on investment (ROI), efisiensi biaya operasional (EBO), efisiensi biaya investasi (EBI), dan rasio kecukupan dana (RKD). Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa analisis ROI mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2014, namun dapat dikatakan baik.Dan dari hasil analisis efisiensi biaya operasional terjadi fluktuasi pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 hal ini menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan pada PT. AIA Financialmengalami penurunan dan pada hasil analisis EBI menunjukan terjadinya fluktuasi pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2014 hal ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi ketidak efisienan dalam pengelolaan pengeluaran biaya. Dan hasil analisis RKD menunjukan bahwa pendanaan PT. AIA Financial berada dalam kondisi yang baik. |
