| Abstract | Redemption is the process of terminating an insurance contract stated in the policy before the end of insurance I maturity I expiration, so that it meets administrative and legal requirements. Redemption of compensation occurs due to the termination of the insurance agreement from the policyholder before the end of the insurance period. With the payment of the cash value, the coverage automatically ends. The background of this research was conducted to determine the process of individual policy redemption at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) and to determine the factors that hinder the process of redemption. The redemption process has been running effectively and efficiently, but still found obstacles that hampered the process such as the difference in the calculation of the cash value and the incomplete claim filling document. |
