| Abstract | This thesis title is “Studi Akseptasi Asuransi Kendaraan Bermotor Ditinjau Dari Proses Akseptasi dan Klaim Serta Tingginya Rasio Klaim”. This study purpose to find out about the claims settlement procedures, the problems encountered in settlement of claims and underwriting role in reducing the company’s loss ratio. This research method using from interview SOP of underwriting and claims and the financial report from PT Asuransi Parolamas over the past 4 years. It can be seen that underwriting performance Asuransi Parolamas is very good to reducing the rate of motor vehicle insurance loss ratio and suggest that such performance is maintained even be upgraded for a next years and later.
