| Abstract | The background of this study is to determine the service process of insurance agents at PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya. What is done by the agency care specialist division. In addition, it will explain how a good service process (prime) for insurance agents at PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya. The purpose of this study is to find out how work practices in life insurance companies in the agency care specialist division and to find out the difficulties or problems in the work practice process. In this study found that an effective service process will be carried out if employees can communicate with good ethics. |
