| Abstract | Based on the Author thesis entitled “The effect of the premium income rates standardization analysis for vehicle insurance premium, before and after the implementation at PT Bosowa Insurance”, the Author try to describe about some findings of premium income obtained by the company with different premium rates which be regulated by the Bapepam-LK and the OJK. For background and focus on the problem that the Author wants to know is how much the premium income change that the company obtained after the OJK changing the premium rates according to their rules. The Author goals from this thesis is to see how much the effect if there was some changes with premium income at PT Bosowa Insurance against premium rates which be regulated by the Bapepam-LK and the OJK. And also, after the Author has been investigated from the data result, there was the same premium rates which be regulated by the Bapepam-LK and OJK but the premium rates which be regulated by the OJK have different provision, i.e. maximum premium rates, so PT Bosowa Insurance get some decrease in premium income. The Author have some advises to the company that the company must give the best services to the insured. The methodology that the Author used is quantitative experiment method, and also the Author wants to make some research with the secondary data were obtained from PT Bosowa Insurance.
