| Abstract | This thesis discusses the comparative calculation to the settlement of claims for material damage on the Property All Risk Policy and the Indonesia Standard Fire Insurance Poliy at PT KSK Insurance. This thesis uses qualitative methods. The data analysis technique used is to describe the implementation of the principle of contribution in Property All Risk insurance claims. In this research, researcher will describe Standard Operational Procedures from claim Division and calculation applied in claim settlement on contribution principle, that is by Independet Liability Method and Maximum Liability Method.
