| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan apakah pembaca memahami prinsip dasar Asuransi Aviasi dan risiko penerbangan dengan penerapan atau alat yang dipakai (matriks ICAO) di industri penerbangan asuransi. Hal ini sekaligus akan mengajarkan cara menangani masalah pada asuransi penerbangan. Tingkat keparahan pada hasil penelitian diteliti pada pesawat terbang di PT Alfa Flying School dengan Cessna sebagai pesawat utama mereka. Underwriter dari PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia menggunakan formulir proposal sebagai sampling untuk teknik pemecahan masalah. Hal ini dapat digunakan untuk mahasiswa yang sedang belajar di dalam pelajaran Asuransi Aviasi, atau orang-orang yang akan menjadi calon manajer, belajar mengenali dan memahami konsep Asuransi Aviasi dasar dan teknik Underwriting yang khas untuk memastikan risiko penerbangan.
