| Abstract | This study is aimed to determine there is a relationship between factors education, environment, income and knowledge that influencing Cianjur people to have health insurance program and dominan factors that influencing Cianjur people to have health insurance program. This research uses descriptive design with quantitative models. Based on statistical data analysis, indicators in this study are valid and are reliable variables. In the classic assumption test, sequence individually on each of the most influential or dominan variable is the variable income with a regression coefficient of 0.356, while the variable education, environment and knowledge low in this study.
