| Abstract | This thesis is about analysis of loss ratio claim motor vehicles category 1 to 5 of total sum insured which requires special attention of the company, in which the standard loss ratio claims that still benefit the company is in 70%. The result of data analysis loss ratio total sum insured category 1 to 5 relatively high but the significant loss ratio number of category had increase is in category 1 total sum insured with result 170% this result considerable indicated loss and the number of category total sum insured still can be accredited by the company however the percentage still high is in number of category total sum insured category 5 with percentage 93%. In the future company should be accredited with prudent all the number of category total sum insured for Insurance coverage of Motor Vehicle Keywords:loss ratio, category, and total sum insured |
