Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is influence of motor vehicle premium rates according to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan SE 06 / D.05 / 2013 and quality of service partially and simultaneously to customer loyalty at PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. The number of samples is 99 respondents, while the sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to describe the independent variable consisting of premium rate (X1) and service quality (X2), dependent variable is customer loyalty. To determine the direct and indirect influence of premium rate variable, service quality to customer loyalty using multiple regression analysis technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis with siginificant 0,05. This analysis technique is used to analyze the influence of premium rate and service quality to customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. The result of calculation on simultaneous test is obtained that F count > from F table, while significance < from alpha at level 5% means that premium rate (X1) and service quality (X2) influence simultaneously to customer loyalty variable (Y). As for the coefficient of determination of 0.778 or 77.8%. Based on the results of partial testing variable premium rate (X1) has t count > t table, X1 partially influence. Variable service quality (X2) obtained t count > t table, X2 partially influence. Further research results prove that there is a significant positive influence addressed by premium rates and quality of service both partially and simultaneously to customer loyalty.
