| Abstract | Penelitian ini untuk menjawab masalah seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan premi bersih dan biaya klaim atas hasil underwriting pada PT Harta Aman Pratama, Tbk pada tahun 2012-2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil underwriting sebagai variabel dependen. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendapatan premi bersih dan biaya klaim bersih. Hipotesis awal dari penelitian ini adalah efek pada hasil underwriting. Studi ini menemukan bahwa komisi pendapatan premi bersih mempengaruhi hasil underwriting untuk produk asuransi kendaraan bermotor, sedangkan biaya klaim bersih untuk produk asuransi kendaraan bermotor tidak mempengaruhi hasil underwriting. Bersamaan dengan itu, pendapatan premi bersih dan biaya klaim bersih berpengaruh pada hasil underwriting di PT Harta Aman Pratama, Tbk, kontribusi yang diberikan oleh dua variabel bersama adalah 98,7%. Untuk perusahaan, meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pemasaran dengan menghadiri seminar, pelatihan, dan pendidikan lanjutan sehingga underwriter lebih kompeten dalam menangani risiko, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk sesuai dengan survei pasar dan produk periklanan yang dimiliki di berbagai media. sehingga pendapatan perusahaan akan meningkat secara otomatis hingga maksimal dan biaya perusahaan akan menurun.
