| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pendapatan premi agen dan broker dengan peningkatan premi asuransi surety bond. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan asuransi PT. Bosowa Asuransi Cabang Fatmawati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan α = 0,05. Hasil dari kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : pengujian signifikansi korelasi pendapatan premi agen (X1) berhubungan dengan peningkatan pendapatan premi (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,969 > 0,444 (r tabel). Pendapatan premi broker (X2) berhubungan dengan peningkatan pendapatan premi (Y), hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,564 > 0,444 (r tabel). Dan pendapatan premi agen (X1) tidak berhubungan dengan pendapatan premi broker (X2), hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai 0,344 < 0,444 (r tabel). Pengujian determinasi pendapatan premi agen (X1) dengan pendapatan premi (Y) adalah sebesar 94% dan sisanya 6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. sedangkan pendapatan premi broker (X2) dengan pendapatan premi (Y) sebesar 31,8% dan sisanya 68.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Surety Bond, Pendapatan Premi Agen, Pendapatan Premi Broker dan Peningkatan Pendapatan Premi. |
