| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji hubungan pelayanan klaim asuransi kendaraan bermotor dan pada bengkel rekanan dengan kepuasan tertanggung di PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan asuransi dan bengkel rekanan nya yang berada di jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tertanggung asuransi kendaraan di PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data responden sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi serta persamaan regresi sederhana dan berganda yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 22. Hasil pengujian analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hipotesis pertama dengan koefisien korelas ry1 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,671; koefisien determinasi r2y1 sebesar 0,042 dan thitung sebesar 1.901 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,663 dengan kesimpulan tolak H0; (2) hipotesis kedua dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,671; koefisien determinasi r2y2 sebesar 0,451 dan thitung sebesar 8,250 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,663 dengan kesimpulan tolak H0; (3) serta hipotesis ketiga dengan koefisien korelasi Ry(1,2) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,763; koefisien determinasi R2y(1,2) sebesar 0,583 dan Fhitung sebesar 57,210 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,11 dengan kesimpulan tolak H0.
