| Abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas rawat inap dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di kelas 3 peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dalam bentuk kuesioner dan data pasien kesehatan kelas 3 BPJS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,496 (49,6%) Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas rawat inap (X1) dan kualitas layanan (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien di kelas 3 BPJS peserta kesehatan (Y) 49,6%. Sedangkan sisanya 50,4% (2) fasilitas rawat inap memiliki nilai -1,360> t tabel 1,989 dan sig 0,010 <0,050. Maka H1 diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (fasilitas rawat inap) secara parsial (individual) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kepuasan pasien di kelas 3 peserta kesehatan BPJS). (3) kualitas layanan memiliki nilai -1,360> t tabel 1,989 dan sig 0,000 <0,050. Maka H1 diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (kualitas layanan) secara parsial (individual) mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kepuasan pasien di kelas 3 peserta kesehatan BPJS). (4) Uji F diketahui bahwa nilai F hitung 42,268> Ftabel 3,11 dan sig 0,000 <0,05. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima yang berarti bahwa fasilitas rawat inap dan kualitas layanan secara bersamaan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien di kelas 3 peserta kesehatan BPJS. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi informasi tambahan tentang pengaruh fasilitas rawat inap dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di kelas 3 BPJS peserta kesehatan. |
