| Abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengkaji kinerja karyawan PT Asuransi Central Asia, khususnya kantor cabang utama yang berlokasi di Duta Merlin, Jakarta, dengan menggunakan variabel bebas yaitu kualitas sumber daya manusia dan gaya kepemimpinan. Variabel ini dipilih karena Peneliti yakin bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia dan gaya kepemimpinan merupakan faktor-faktor yang akan menentukan faktor lain dalam organisasi seperti komitmen, penyempurnaan administrasi, penghargaan dan hukuman, serta keinginan kuat untuk berhasil. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan ACA KCU Duta Merlin yang terdiri atas 100 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode acak, yang didistribusikan dari berbagai divisi dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Metode pengambilan data primer yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis di dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Gaya Kepemimpinan juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan gaya kepemimpinan sama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan ACA KCU Duta Merlin.
