| Abstract | The purpose of this study is to know the partial and simultaneous influence of corporate image and employee performance to the satisfaction of the insured. The population in this study are customers of PT Fresnel Perdana Mandiri which is not known in number. The sample in this research is 80 respondents by using slovin formula. Data collection method used in this research is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) corporate image has an effect on the satisfaction of the insured, (2) employee performance influence to satisfaction of the insured, (3) company image and employee's performance influence to the satisfaction of the insured.
